Steve is responsible for the day to day operation of the company and carries out a majority of the local site surveys and quotations. His sensible and honest approach comes from years of experience in the domestic heating sector.Amy is the friendly voice on the end of the telephone and manages the installation admin process and appointments. She is always on hand to offer advice and help to our customers.
Hayley is the company book keeper and deals with all things accounts related. It doesn’t just stop there though as she will often assist on the telephone with customer enquiries.
Our Engineers...
Andy is our lead and most experienced engineer with over 20 years’ experience. His passion for quality and customer care shines through in his work and attitude and he is always driving the other engineers for perfection.Will is Andy’s installation partner and they form a formidable pair. Funny and hard working, customers love having them in there homes with hundreds of reviews to pay testimony.
Dave has been with the business for 15 years and is formerly one of Andy’s apprentices. A real all rounder who carries out surveys, installations and servicing to our customers.
Brannon is the newest member of team, who is currently studying at college for his trade apprenticeship qualifications. He is a lovely lad who is always happy to help.
