Last week we announced that we have been shortlisted for Family Business of the Year Awards 2017.  This is something we are very proud of as Warmer Homes Heating and Renewables has grown from the Pearce family’s desire to create a business that puts the customer at the heart of everything the business does, from the preliminary survey to the handover of the boiler / installation once finished, and members of the family are involved in every step of this process.

Warmer Homes Heating and Renewables was set up by Steve and Andy Pearce in 2014 with the aim of being a customer service focused, family run businesses.  Managing Director Steve visits all customers’ homes to assess their needs regarding their heating and boiler systems.  Using the information obtained from these surveys, Steve works with the customer to decide on the most appropriate boiler for the home, or whether a specific renewable technology is suitable for the home.  He also works with customer to see if there is any funding available.

Steve’s brother Andy then take the lead in installing the heating and boiler systems, using many years of experience to ensure that the work is done to an exceptional standard.  During the installation work Andy and the team always ensure that dust sheets are used to protect the customer’s furniture and carpets, and always clean up after themselves at the end of every day.  These high standards are reflected in the amazing feedback we receive from our customers – http://www.checkatrade.com/WarmerHomesHeatingAndRenewable/Reviews.aspx

Once the installation is complete, Steve and Andy’s dad, Dennis, visits the customer to do a complete handover of the equipment.  He demonstrates how to use the equipment, answers any questions and ensures the customers is completely satisfied with the service they have received.

Throughout the whole process, Steve and Andy’s mum Christine, is in full contact with the customer by phone to arrange appointments, answer queries about the installation and keep the customer fully in the loop.
