To be endorsed by the Which? Trusted Trader scheme we had to go through a rigorous assessment process which saw us assessed and checked by a Which? trading standards professionals.

This included:

– A credit check to validate the financial health and stability of Warmer Homes Heating and Renewables
– Customer reference checks, chosen at random by a member of the Which? Trusted Traders endorsement team to ensure a breadth of consumers were consulted
– A thorough examination of our business and administrative procedures
– A visit by a Which? Trusted Traders assessor who interviewed the Warmer Homes Heating and Renewables team
– We have to agree to abide by the code of conduct and Which?’s terms and conditions.
